We are looking for

2–4 years of work experience on account executive/manager position
a proactive, well-organised, and reliable team player
ability to independently manage client accounts and daily project delivery, with support from Client Service Director on strategic or high-stakes decisions
strong communication and negotiation skills
experiences with retail client welcomed
fluent in Czech on native level and English on a professional level

create and develop high-quality visual content using a wide range of AI tools and diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux, Kling, Runway, etc.)
build custom AI workflows or agents to support creative production at scale
strong understanding of prompting logic, model fine-tuning, upscaling workflows, and AI image pipelines
confidence working in Comfy UI
collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, art directors, production houses, creatives) to craft and implement AI-powered visual solutions
stay on top of the latest advancements in AI tools, models, and techniques—and actively apply them in your work
experiment constantly to explore new creative possibilities and expand the boundaries of visual storytelling
